With over thirty years experience as a businesswoman, lawyer and mediator, Linda Bulmash
is a recognized expert in negotiation and mediation. Since 1994, she has brought to
mediations the energy, determination and know-how to get even the most highly emotional
and contentious cases resolved. Having successfully resolved over 1000 complex cases, Ms.
Bulmash seamlessly blends her legal knowledge, trial background and understanding of human
behavior to create a dynamic mediation process. Her unique talent for balancing legal,
factual and emotional issues has made her an unflappable mediator who wins the trust of
all sides and resolves even the most contentious disputes.
She is particularly adept at resolving complex and emotional disputes involving
employment/workplace, serious injury torts/product liability, professional liability,
partnership dissolutions, probate, business/contract issues, real estate, and insurance
coverage matters.
Ms. Bulmash is honored that Loyola Law School has invited her to be an Adjunct Professor
of Law teaching negotiation and the Los Angeles County Bar Association asked her to create
an on-line monthly newsletter, One Minute Negotiation Tips, that is received by all members
of the bar association.
